My co-worker has just left on wednesday for college and he did call me that morning right after he woke up but when i called him that night he still hasnt returned my call. He likes to party, but mostly just to hang out with friends. He hasnt said that he liked me but he did ask me out and we did tease each other that we each would go out with the other. And we each said yea. We did hook up- just went to kiss him on the cheek and he got the kiss on the cheek but then leaned in for more....we kissed alot but nothing more than that. Hes so nice and did say before we kissed that he really wants a serious gf and he hates hook ups, is he just too busy to call? Or is he blowing me off? Or is he one of those guys who has time but only a little bit of it and doesnt want to just talk for a second?

it doesnt sound like he is blowing you off yet as much as it sounds as if he is not trying to blow himself off by not going to college and hopefully creating a future for himself.
if he enjoys partying as much as you say he does then he probably will be back soon enough because college is for learning and not partying.
if he looks like he is going to make it in college you will need to go to college as well if you really like the guy. guys usually like girls who have about the same amount of education as they do, unless they are looking for a dumb girl they can control.
