What is the most christian conservative part of Canada?

It's Alberta. Manitoba (Particularly Winnipeg) is also pretty bad. You'll find the more liberal minded folk in Southern Ontario and British Columbia.

I'd have to say Alberta too, but the movement is still just an oddity in Canada.
