I appreciate the flattery but right now I'm concentrating on _____ and I not ready for a relationship.

You could blame your parents, Mom and Dad won't allow me to go out until I am _ _ years old.
Or Just No thank-You, " I'll see you around "and walk off quickly.
This is an age old situation, I think every one has gone thruogh at one time or another.

give it to him lightly because even tho u dont like him, he still has feelings. im not saying be cool with him and hangout and such because u might just lead him on, but do let him no that u are not interested and hopefully he will understand. dont put ur self in a relationship just cause ur too nice, just be real with him. good luck and hope he understands.

"It's really sweet of you to ask, but no thank you" Smile and walk away. Try to be genuine when you smile, rejection hurts, there is no reason to be anything but graceful in turning him down. You could also say you think he's a great guy, but he's really not your type. Please don't say anything in a snotty manner, unless you want karma to come back and have a guy turn you down in a mean way.

I would tell him the truth. Let him know that you don't like him and you'd rather not date him.

Don't go out with someone you are not interested in. Just tell him no, but thanks for asking, I'm interested in someone else right now. That way his feeling won't be hurt

Say its better being friends.
