They do and have been crossing the border for years molesting and having sex with both boys and girls, using them as sex slaves. Other old ugly men go there to find underage brides, some as young as 5..It's disgusting!
There is hope though, with the new Passport Law stating that you have to have a passport, to leave America to go to Mexico or Canada, other foreign ports and vice versa, identifying who you are. It will be easy finding pedophiles that think they will exit and enter unnoticed.

Umm... I guess this begs the question... why? Why would Americans sneak into Mexico for sex? All an American (barring those who are running from the law) needs to do is cross the border legally, have sex ILLEGALLY, then cross back legally. There would be no reason to enter Mexico legally, we are allowed to freely go back and forth between the borders, as long as we respect local laws and do not try to smuggle illegal products across.
