Brother Joe,how can it be both?And if Chr does not contain Benjumin(i am sorry i have not read old testemant in detail so not sure what you are talking about)then should the number given in Chr be more?

In so far as numerical accuracy existed, both. Note that Chr. did not include Benjamin (most likely subsumed under Judah in 1 Sam. for dynastic reasons) or Levites (as per the Torah - nevertheless some of David's main fighters were Levites.)

I ask extra consideration of my answer as I dislike Chr. greatly and I had to go back there twice.

But if they don't like all of that stuff on the link they might just put out a new revised version to change all of that (but it will probably have 200 MORE contradictions)

I challenge anyone to bring me ONE contradiction in the Holy (unchanged) Qur'an.
