I think your just little confused,take some time and sort out your feelings write them down in a journal and then take baby steps on what you can do to become a better person!

Yeah, I feel the same way some times. I guess most people do from time to time. All it takes is one person to say something nice to us, and we feel beautiful, or handsome again.
