A car would run even if you took out the car radio.

A radio would work still even if you removed the knob.

A knob would turn still even if you removed the door.

These things would all still work but would work better and more efficiently with these parts.

Just b/c it is practice to remove parts from the human body doesn't mean they have no use and are left over from our Evolving apelike creature they "think" we came from.

Whales, snakes, animals with useless body parts? I can give you just as many examples that would make you question your Scientific evidence of Evolution . . . .

Why would the bombardier beetle need two compartments to hold chemicals when he doesn't have the chemical . . . . .if he evolved . . ..

Why do the dinosaurs that supposedly evolved into birds have land animal shaped hips and vice versa . . . . .

Why aren't any animals evolving today?

God Bless

Ever try sitting without a tailbone? Try breaking it and see if its a nessisary bone or not. The tonsils and the adenoids are mostly composed of lymphoid tissue, which is found thoughout the gastointestinal tract and on the base of the tongue. Lymphoid tissue is composed of lymphocytes...which are mostly involved in antibody production. Since we generally consider antibody production to be a good thing, many studies have been performed to try to clarify the importance of the tonsils. The Apendix also contains lymph tissue and aids the immune system. Just because we can live without them doesnt mean they serve no purpose. I had a kidney removed but we know the kidneys serve a purpose right?

I dont know why certain animals have what "seem" to be useless body parts, but Im sure they also serve a purpose.

Okay looking at some of the other answers above, creationist seem to think we once had actual tails because we needed them? I guess we need the extra limb when we were swinging from the trees... in the Garden of Eden of course.

BTW, I could think of a good answer to the snake (but PLEASE I'M NOT ONE OF THEM! - just playing devil's advocate) - The snake was only LATER made to crawl on its belly as punishment for tempting eve. That could explain the snake.

He wasnt smoking they where. He only created acording to the differant types of perverted consciousness of the living entities (8400,000) to be exact. You are only seeing things acording to your tiny well. Story. A person came up to a frog in a well and asked have you seen the gigantic ocean" and the frog said is it twice the size of my well?" Person"NO" is it 10 times the size of my well? "No" Is it 5 times the size of my well?" "No" and on and on. Frog phelosophy. Always trying to compare something so great to thier tiny brain and senses perception. They will always be cheated. go to krishnaculture. for supreme knowledge.Read Bhagavad Gita as it is By Bhaktiveedanta Prabhupada and get the facts

I'm not God, so I can't fully answer, but can you not see creationism and evolution co-existing? It doesn't have to be one or the other. A book I'd suggest is Losing My Religion by Jeffrey Lang. Don't take the book by it's cover either--read it first before you judge. I'm not trying to imply that you are losing your religion, so don't take it that way--it's just a good book.

If you're implying that these body parts can be extrapolated to your evolutionary Time-god's doing, thank you for your theory, I have one of my own that is just as valid, and I'll give Him the benefit of the doubt.

you forgot to ask about mosquitoes. Why would God create mosquitoes? They are the most useless, annoying creatures on the face of the earth! (That I can think of)

what does this matter....one day you can find out by asking him yourself.....maybe he has a sense of humor to watch those who doubt everything try to make others doubt .and He gets a kick out of their babbling ideas..or maybe he did it so we really have to use faith when we believe in him.....it really doesnt matter......he is God , He can do what He wants for any reason He wants to do it......we cant stop Him or make Him change His mind about it....these are little things ....choose bigger things to think on.
