the problem with cheap or expensive diet pills is none of them work. They may temporarily help you lose weight but when you are off of them, or your body builds up tolerance to them, then you gain it back.

Losing weight is not losing weight if you gain it back.

That’s what diet pills do, why do you think there is a new popular one every few months.
Now if you wonder if there are any good supplements and my answer is yes.
There are some supplements that you can take that can enhance a very healthy diet and fitness program and help you to stay committed to it.
7 Keto is an awesome metabolic enhancing compound that helps to reduce body weight and body fat by giving you more of a hormone that tells your thyroid to increase your metabolism. You may say wow, that’s what I need. No, the 7-Keto is all you need, not the other stuff. Yes but no, see the body can only take so much of it at a time before its eliminated by the blood and the rest becomes expensive urine. So you cant just take it alone, it must be part of a plan.

Hoodia by itself, not combined with other compounds, appears to affect the brain by making the stomach feel full and reducing the desire to eat.
Offers safe, caffeine-free, non-stimulant weight management support when used alone. It also may help in metabolizing fats.

Multivitamins - help you maintain the muscle that you have by providing nutrients your cells need. Understand if you don’t put enough nutrients in your body, you will lose muscle because your body will eat the muscle for those nutrients.

These supplements should be part of an overall lifestyle change, to a healthier one.

PLEASE do not use these. Diet pills generally contain ingredients that mess with ones nervous system. They are very bad news for teens. I need to add that they are not good for adults either. Most people regain all the weight they lost plus more once they stop. Now, I know You are saying "Oh I'll keep it off. I just need a jump start to get the ball rolling." But, believe me it simply does not work that way. Diet and exercise is the way to go. Think about it, making small changes in how and what we eat and the level of activity in our lives makes a big difference and has lifelong positive effects without messing with our wiring. If you still aren't convinced, ask a nutritionist or your doctor for their input. If this is a parent asking this question to get their teen to lose weight, WHAT are you thinking???? There are much better ways!! Sermon over.

There is no reason to use diet pills. If you want to lose weight start an exercise routine and maintain a healthy diet. Almost all diet pills have side effects and teenagers should never use them for the fact that their bodies are not all the way developed so diet pills may effect the growth system.

diet pills aren't the answer to losing weight, especially cheap ones, because you don't know what ingredients they might put in!!! you should exercise and eat healthier--hands down the most natural and smartest thing to do...

come on, don't be lazy... take proper care of your body! gd luck... :)

Baggy clothes hide one's body and encourage lounging around. So regardless if you're relaxing at home, wear fitted clothes and keep you on track.
