I don't know why, but whenever I sleep in my room I can't sleep soundly through the night, and I worry about things. I sleep better if I stay the night at somebody elses house, or even if I sleep on the floor in my parent's room. I have a nice full sized bed. I also feel more depressed in my room. My walls are a happy color and I like my room, but why does this happen?

Thats hapenned to me to. For me, my home reminded me of my problems. Sleeping elsewhere allowed me to not confront those problems. Eventually I came back, rearranged my room, added different decorations and journaled and I'm much better. New year, new you!

Could be it has something to do with the energy or feel to your room. I would check out some feng shui books from the library read up on how you can change the 'feel' and 'energy flow' in your room, sounds like there is some staginant negative energy.
It's really worth the time and effort.

You can also try a ionizer or even one of those sound machines from Sharper image. Try moving your bed to a different location (consult the feng shui books).

i know what you mean and I believe that there is another world we can't see that likes to visit us at night, this may sound crazy but I can never sleep in the bed in my moms house even after I moved out, I feel that there are bad energies there, some houses are quiet spiritualy and some are active with a heavy prescence that willsad you of good feelings and energy

try to burn sage or say pryers everynight before you sleep

He is going with the aid of stages. he's 2yrs and 2 months previous and for the final couple of months it somewhat is been greater tricky to get him to mattress. Ever considering the fact that Christmas, New Years Eve, and so on. loads of kin activities and issues that meant previous due bedtimes for him have disillusioned his schedule. on the 2nd I ought to lie with him and cuddle him to get him to sleep, that can take something between quarter-hour and 2 hours reckoning on his temper, if it somewhat is a protracted night each and every so often I only finally end up falling asleep in the previous he does and spend the night in his little infant mattress lol. in the previous this section he used to bypass to sleep nice, i ought to positioned him in mattress, kiss him goodnight and go away and which would be it. completely happy days! yet he's had greater tricky patches too interior the previous the place i've got had to lie with him or do controlled crying, whichever works ultimate for him on the time (there have been stages the place he hasn't allowed me to lie with him to sleep and could scream if I positioned him to mattress any time in the previous the early hours (that grew to become into the end results of jet lag which lasted some weeks with him) so controlled crying grew to become into the only thank you to bypass). with a bit of luck this section will end too quickly and he will bypass back to being common peasy!

seems like you are stressed out, try to concentrate in something, try to count sheep's or free your soul breathing through your nose and exhaling through your mouth, do an experiment if you want to do it, set a clock or alarm listen to music you like I recommend classic, set your alarm 5 min, see what happens, then set it 10, 15 or more minutes to train yourself to concentrate and free your mind and travel first in your room later when you learn you can go anywhere, good luck.
