Kebwee, a chav (english) or a ned (scottish) is a low-life scumbag who steals cars, eats bad food, starts a family at 13 , wears white shellsuits and baseballs caps ALWAYS, drinks cheap cider, keeps two pitbull terriers to frighten the neighbours, talks in a nasal whining monotone voice, wears lots of cheap heavy gold necklaces and signet rings and fights with his own shadow. The US nearest equivalent would be 'trailer-trash' I suppose. Awful people!

And no, I m not English - I am Scottish! Chavs and neds are not 'foreigners' to us - they are indigenous born and bread natives of the British Isles, bless 'em!
