Is it true that Norway doesn't have any customs at its international airports?

I heard that when you go to that beautiful country as a legal alien all you gotta do is go to a police station and report your self.

Like every other country Norway has a customs post at all of its international entry sites. There may not be customs posts with it borders with Sweden and Finland, but these two countries will have their own border controls.
In most countries resident aliens have to report to the authorities at prescribed intervals.
