Something's wrong! I'm using this stuff called Clear Advantage by Arbonne. First few weeks, everything's good. My face is clearing up a lot. =D Which is a good thing, obviously. But all of a sudden my face is getting red in some spots (a little on my forehead and a lot between my nose and cheeks.) And also in those places, it's kinda hard to explain... It has, like, a weird feeling or texture or whatever to it. It's like a rough feeling. And it's -really- dry on my forehead. What's going on? What should I do? Am I doing something wrong? The system thing consists of Acne Wash, Refining Toner, Repairing Lotion, and some pills called Skin Support Dietary Supplement. Help, please! D=

You need to make sure you are using a moisturizer with the product. The clarifying lotion is not a moisturizer it contains the active acne fighting ingredient.
Try just using a couple of the products until your skin adjust to the products.
It take 4-6 weeks for skin to fully adjust to a change in products and different things may happen while it is adjusting like drying, redness, even breakout. Your skin needs to be able to detoxify and purify. It is especially important to keep in mind what you were using prior especially if it was a cheap product full of chemicals.
The products are amazing just back of a little and give them time!

WOW! First of all stop using the products you're allergic to something in them. Contact the person you bought it from or the company. I know the company I work with takes back any product bought within a year as long as it's half full; probably just because no one has ever had a bad reaction. I sale a skin care line that did wonders for my skin and not only did it clear up my acne and the scars it's also great for your skin. Plus! It's a lot cheaper than arbonne and it definitely doesn't dry out your face. And I just use the cleanser (that's how great it is). But I would definitely advise you to stop using the product at least for a while. GOOD LUCK!

You might want to take a break from the acne wash for a few days, it sounds like your skin is getting too dry from it. Use your lotion in the dry spots. The red is probably just your face getting chapped and dry from the acne medication.

and don't ever scrub your face with the wash stuff, always be gentle

You should probably check if the product has a support web site with a FAQ section or hopefully live help on the phone.

You should probably stop using it for a day or two and see if the condition gets better at the very least call them for some help and if none then maybe go see a dermatologist.

I tried Arbonne last spring and had a bad reaction to it too! I would take a break from it for a while and try something gentle to get your skin to relax and fix itself. Talk to your arbonne representative to see about changing your routine. If you really like Arbonne, that is. Otherwise, you might need to try something else.

The lotions may be too strong for your skin. If you want a really great medication ask your doc for Minomycin, worked wonders for me, got rid of em all, no side affects, just used normal moisturiser every day. Took about 3-4 weeks to start working properly.

Stop using what you using and wash and clean your face the old fashion way, warm water
because all kind of skin care is loaded with very harmful chemicals that is very strong and harmful to the tissue.

Sounds like your skin is drying out and you need to stop using this product or at least just use it every other day and see if that helps.

Sounds to me like you are allergic to one of the products you use/take do not use them further until absolutly sure take them to the doctors and explain he might do an allergy test while you are there but you will have to wait for the results
