Not even close -- Whirlpool. I had one for 23 years and replaced it because I remodeled my kitchen -- it was still working. I had to repair it twice, but the parts totaled under $70. Pretty good for 23 years, and it was the most efficient fridge at the time.
The new one is so efficient, it's off the low end of the Energy Star chart they have to put on it. Over its life, you'll spend 3x more than the price of the fridge in power costs, so it really pays to get the most efficient one you can. My power usage went down 2.5kWh per day with the new one...

Whirlpool will be the better choice I feel since they give you a better service. They will give your fridge a 7 year warranty including the parts if you pay a Rs. 800 extra.
