Hey not all women can go for a longer period - I know I sure can't. I actually think my husband can go longer without it than me. I enjoy sex and love it often (daily if I can). However, I know alot of other women can go for longer as they feel it is a chore sometimes (?) and they have better things to do - like nag their men lol Probably the majority of women can go longer so I guess I am a minority! And I am proud of it!!!! :)

From a biological stand point it makes a lot of sense due to perpetuation of the species. Women get pregnant and they are sometimes out of the game for at least part of the pregnancy and then some recovery time - women are built with the ability to live without sex. Men can impregnate many women in rapid succession - he was built to be always at the ready. It's a well thought out system, I'd say.

Women work on an emotional level and guys work on a physical level so our eyes find images that excite us while women are turned on by emotion and touching so its easier for them not to have or want to have sex because our sex drive is increased by the images of our culture and women's are not. Also men need a release about every 72 hours, whether through sex, masturbation or nocturnal emissions

My fiance and I acutally talked about this once... We concluded that since men are constantly producing sperm, they have a physical need to "get rid of" some to make room, essentially, for more and to avoid buildup. That's why men have wet dreams also, I believe. Women don't have that problem. We're just the receptacle and miss the emotional and pleasure benefits. Just a thought....:)

I think women hold out longer when they do not have access to GOOD SEX...they would rather go with out than to have BAD SEX. Men dont care, although good sex is great, Bad sex good sex theyll take it which ever way they could get it..

We are put together different-w/different hormones and men with testosterone,and that just for starters.when a woman is spending her day working ,wrangling kids(i mean that in a nice way)shopping for dinner,kids after school gigs,traffic,cooking,homework,bath time for kids,maybe a little laundry for the next day,by the time she crawls into bed and he wants her to be "SEXYMAMMA" its not going to happen.you have to make your time w/your partner,no kids,maybe away at hotel overnight,even though you may be together you must "woo" her tell her nice things ask if you can help(and mean it)go to a hot tub@ night ,starry night or in the snow treat each other like your still dating.make it fit your lifestyle,make HER WANT YOU!
