You question if he likes you or not....
ask him. strike up a converstion... he is probably just as scared to do this as you. He may like you or may not. The only way to find out is if you begin talking with him... ask to meet him for lunch at school or something...
remember... not everyone likes everyone else in that romantic way and this is ok... dont think of it as rejection, think of it as human nature... it is normal. Just like everyone like differnt kinds of cars.

flirt with him, talk to him, and you can usually tell. Best way to know is to make eye contact...if you look at each other and smile while you're talking, it's easy to tell if he likes you too.
some guys get really nervous when they're talking to a girl they like, some guys are mean to a girl because they try to cover up that they like her, and some are just simple to understand.
Unless a guy has no response to you talking to him, it's possible he likes you.
