please help i need some for my p.e class.....

1. "run" up with left, then right foot. Step down left, right.
2. Stand on step. Lunge back with left foot, right leg is bent at a 45 degree angle. step up and switch.
3. "power hold" - hop up and land on step with left foot only, be sure to land softly, keeping knee bent slightly. at the same time, raise the right leg to the side and hold for one count. Step down with right foot, and repeat other side.
4. Straddle step on the length. Hop up, bringing both feet up at same time and landing on step. Step down and repeat.
5. Stand on step on length. Place left foot down, keep right on step, squat down, then hop up and over, placing left foot on step and right foot down on other side, squat down.
