What is the Asian bread that is really good for your skin?

Does anyone know the name of the bread thats supposed to be very benificial to your skin? They sell it at orientel food markets?

banana nut bread are good for Skins since they contains esential proteins & vitamins for skins. I would recommend consuming them. Another one would be wholemeal grain bread.

As i know........Dont hv any Oriental Bread is good for skin.....????Maybe u got a wrong Info.............
