You know, how they're always adpertizing it on tv, right? Well, my legs are really restless at night, like now. I always get up and walk around the house at least once, maybe twice, if I haven't done my exercise for the week. I find it very hard to sleep without reading a book, watching tv or doing some exercise.

If I do, is it serious? I don't want to take the stupid requip they offer. (*Sighs*)
I hate pills, and if it's not serious...

Advice?
