weird things have been happening around my house...and everytime they happen..no one is with me...so when i tell someone it always sounds like i'm making it up! should i just stop telling people...or should i try to make sure people are with me whenever it happens?

I would need to get more specifics but it could be one of many things all a bit unusual by most standards.
Ghosts, self projections, ripples in space, imprints of an act or another time. Depends on whats happening.
Ghosts do exist although more often than not it is not a ghost that you are experiencing and very rarely is it dangerous.
Do not mess with anything that may open a door, spells, Ouija boards, charms, etc.. If you do not know the trouble they can make things worse.
I would recommend speaking with someone who knows about spirits. If they ask for money walk away their are a lot of quacks out there. Also it may be an overactive imagination but if you are asking here my guess is you are pretty damn sure it's not you imagining things.

Try to record the stuff or ask Ghost Hunters to come to your home and investigate. Or ask Montel to have Sylvia Brown check it out.
