I have been dating my bf for a year, but our sex life is blah..I mean, its ok and fun, but its not really that exciting. I have never tried on top and told him I wasnt comfortable with that position yet, but that was like 6-7 months ago when we first starting being "together". Also, before him (and still now) I have very LITTLE experience with anything. Well, lately I have tried to give him hints about me wanting to "take charge" but he just laughs and says "you will never do it- so just stop"..its really discouraging me! So I was thinking, since I will be with him this weekend, should I just surprise him, climb on him and go at it? Or would that be a bad idea? Like would he laugh at me? I dont think he thinks I can be 'dominant' if you know what I mean, but I want to show him I can. I just dont want to risk embarrasing myself. What should I do?

Good guys offer a stable relationship, love, trust, and a life. Bad boys represent a party. Once they are done with that life, girls turn to good guys because they represent marriage (which is not a bad thing, but that's why they usually aren't as lucky to begin with), and that's why the end up getting the girl - because eventually everyone follows the same pattern, no matter how much of a slut she is. If the girl has slept around a lot, she's not going to settle down with a guy who's just like all the hook ups she's had, so it's probably going to have very little to do with sex. Guys usually end up the same way when they decide to settle down (at least the ones in happy marriages!)

Can i just ask you why you think your ready now?I mean he is suppose to be there and kinda encourage you that you can if you want to hunny if your ready and only if your ready.And he should make known that he loves you regardless of top or bottom,bf or husband. I just don't think personally your ready,when you love someone it's not about if can be dominant or submissive or whatever.Yeah those things come to play later on when your so sure of the relationship and you feel 100% safe.some girls can flip and dip with anyone and because you want to wait shows you have character.I know you been with him a year but really a year is not so long.Good luck It sounds like you know what you really want but don't want to lose him,if it's meant for many years to come be your true self.

are you really serious? i thought this would be one of those moves on the first time. no wonder your sex life is just a blah. and your man also has to be a blah if he laughs at you when you want to take charge but he also doesnt take charge.. You should take charge this weekend. You tell him you WILL be in charge. You decide where, when, how long you want to.
Make him your "slave for the weekend" If he doesn't get into it at least you have fulfilled a need that you have. I would also seriously consider having this struggle for the rest of my life if you all choose to get married.

Just get on top and go for it...he will love it! Also you need to tell him that saying that to you (you will never do it) just discourages you from trying anything new so if thats what he wants then he needs to tell you encouraging things..
