Wow fun question - really makes you think. You have to strip out all the other stuff and isolate it to those two things. This means love isn't important, responsibility, etc.
Next you have to strip away the reasons a man would have money and that a man with money means he can offer you all your financial desires. You can't put a dollar amount on "money" because it will be different for everyone. Then you have to strip out what anything else he has to offer, looks, humor and you have to assume he isn't a good lover and never will be.
For the good lover you have to assume he can't offer you the money and never will. You have to assume all the same conditions as above for the money man.
So live your life without passion for anything but material things or live your life without material things but absolute passion?
Given the extreme conditions set above I would choose the man with money. I think that stresses in life around financial issues would out weigh the good sex. Not that I am a shallow person because without the extreme conditons I set above, I would choose the good lover. But good lovin' won't feed my kids!
