Ones (about 35yr old) been giving me looks so i made my move at lunch in the training room and ran some game, ended up pullng her hair cuz she wanted me too to prove it was real, it was kinda erotic and i did it 3 times and she laughed then got serious like ..ok ok and smiled and then never said anything to me the rest of the day.

Am i f'ing up?

Nooo you dont get it. it was a teasing "ok ...ok real low and a giggle, she smiled at me later but never said a word.".

Not a loud OK OK .

well why don't you try to talk to her? not about the hair thing. just small talk about anything. if she seems cold then you might have to get ready to move. but if she is very responsive, then everything is ok. just don't get too close to the girls too much in the future unless you want to be serious. better to be safe than sorry.

I had a job years back where I was the only male working with 30+ females--and let me tell you what jack you just make a HUGE mistake.
"never dip your pen in company ink!"
There's no doubt that out of all those ladies some will have some hot friends--believe it when I say that once you get to know some at work they'll practically be falling all over themselves to set you up with someone they know outside the workplace.

One rule of thumb for the office, never touch. Not if they ask you to. Not if they beg you to. Not even if they roll around on the floor naked. Not if you like your job.

You open yourself up to all kinds of risks if you do. If you misread, she can have you up for sexual harrassment. You can recover from a verbal misstep, but it's hard to recover from a physical one.

You either pulled her hair too hard or you got that ugly F-face that scared her, because you're both at work. lol

BTW: try not to get a rep as 'the village ram' at work

Do you want to loose your job and get black listed? I know it's fun but it's not worth it.

Yeah....if she had to say 'okay okay' to get you to stop, that was too far.
