I attend college for nettech/security. Before I got a degree in criminal justice. We were told to introduce ourselves and tell our educational background. I mentioned I had graduated a little over a year ago with a degree in c.j. my unix teacher then laughed and said he thought criminal justice students were a bunch of cry babies. Later he found a notebook someone had left in class and opened and said "oh criminal justice notebook who needs them" and threw it in the trash. later he was showing us how to log into the unix system and i spelt something wrong and he told me to get with the program

I think he is a bully. Plain and simple. Makes inappropriate comments and commits and overt action. Fits the scenario perfectly. You need to tell this person his behavior is inappropriate and you will not accept it. You have a mile of recourse action if he does not.

i think of it is an ego element, as quickly as we are feeling down we positioned down others as a manner to experience greater beneficial. each so often it works, different cases not. yet human beings consistently discriminate against those they view as lesser. Now they don't inevitably might desire to be lesser, they are only perceived that way. Homosexuality is an occasion, so is being fat. they are only excuses used to attempt to boost your self. it seems an exceedingly human element to remark on the flaws of others so which you do not might desire to stand your guy or woman.

Nah, I don't think he was discriminating against you, just being an a$shole. Despite being a teacher and being in charge, he probably has low self esteem and has to be an a$s to others to make himself feel better. Just like the bullies in school. They feel like the loser and the outcast so they are mean to others-they get pleasure and satisfaction causing others misery and harm. But that is our society for you!

He said that criminal justice students were a bunch of cry babies. I think you just proved his point.

Dont indulge someone like that by letting your emotions get the better of you. You'll just be reinforcing his ideas. He probably just got into it with a student of that major in the past, and is taking it out on you. Start thinking of comeback lines.
