Starbucks has a large menu behind the counter. You can just read your beverage order from it. Also, the counter staff will help with descriptions if you're not sure. I tend to order tall houseblend.

First say the size, tall, grande, or venti, and then Mocha Frappucino. Even if you don't get it right, the barista will recall your drink to you and the drink maker properly.

This is what you say: "Hi, can I get a (tall, grande, or venti) mocha frappucino?" You say the adjective before the noun, just like if you were saying chocolate cake.

(if decaf say it first) then number of shots if different from regular then size, then syrup(mocha, caramel whatever) then milk (non-fat, 2%) then anything custom like sugars added or extra hot, then drink name (latte, frap, etc.).

Example: Decaf Double Tall Vanilla Non-fat extra hot latte.
