My mother pissed me off but then I grew up, matured, and realized that all she was trying to do was help me better myself.

Some of us moms have children like your mom and feel the way about our children as you feel about your mom. With a work permit, I think you can get a job at 14 or 15, but then how are you going to get to the job because you probably don't drive. You won't be able to sign a lease for an apartment until you are 18. Personally, I think you need to start respecting each other and try to work things out. I think you need each other. Be glad you still have your mom.

Ok first of all you might want to cut back on the cussing not to brag but i never cuss it just gives a bad empression. And thats a sin its like your cussing at god
Ok my mom isnt that bad but all parents can get on your nerves. What you can do is just try to get to your moms heart cause by the question your mom seems pretty touph so just tell her how you hate fighting and it makes you mad and you want to be friends if that doesnt work
then cry it works every time it makes them really think about what they did and just read the bible you may not be a christian but God is the key to everything and even though you may be depressed or sad right now dont worry god is with you god has a plan for you

I have a mom like that, much worse actually. Get away asap!!!! like someone else said you can be emancipated at 16, and you can get a job and a car. If she is physically abusive to you, or you can prove her emotional abuse is harming you physically and mentally than you could get out of that situation sooner. I STRONGLY urge you to talk to your school councelour about this. I never did, I kept the way my mother treated me a secret and now I am a severly ****** up adult!!!! Don't do that to yourself, I can tell you are angry right now, but when you are feeling less upset, you should look into getting out of that environment as soon as possible. And always remember, no matter what anyone else may say, it is NOT YOUR FAULT. You are not the problem.

well man I am 21 years old and my mom still pisses me off. you could always do what I did. I left for basic training the day after I turned 18. lol. and it got me as far away from her b***hing @$$ as possible(germany). I mean GRANTED we are from a small town but there was no real need for half of what she did/said And even now I am still "a kid". BUT when I get back from this deployment I am going to get married and I am either "too young", "dont know the girl well enough", or "not mature enough" BUT seeing my family and their... personalities I think it is more of a "she isnt white enough"... sometimes ya gotta work with what you got and sometimes you gotta fight for it. Just stick it out and if it doesnt get better say screw this and pick a branch to join. lol.

What's F/AS? I don't have a mom that pisses me off, but I do have a mom that used to get on my nerves at times. She's probably having a hard time with the loss of your grandparents. I lost my brother last year and he was only 25. It's so frickin unbelievable. I miss him so incredibly much. It's sad that we don't realize how much someone means to us until they're gone forever. You're mom is probably really depressed about losing her parents. Try not to take it so personally, yet I know it's hard not to. One day you'll be out on your own and you'll realize how much you actually miss living with her. I know it's hard to believe, but it's true.
Stay Positive

Everybody has a mom that pisses them off at some time or other but everybody also has a mom that is worthy of love (well almost everybody). You must trust your mother. Unless she is doing something criminal then it is your duty to obey her and to respect her. If you do, it is most likely that it will be returned a thousand times over. That is your best bet for happiness.

of course, my mom pisses me off all the time, but i deal with it because she is the only mother i have and she will always be there for me. youre being ungrateful, most kids wish that they still had their mother around. if youre living under her roof , you better respect her or go live on the streets.

i have a great mom and don't praise her enough.. i don't know how anyone can repay their mom for all they do fo them, but i truely feel sorry for you having a mom you don't get along with. You are missing out on a mother child relationship and maybe you should do something you enjoy in order to avoid your mother that you dont agree with... i hope that things work out for you and that eventually you and your mother reconcille

WHOA, WHOA, WHOA! Where is your respect for the Woman who gave you LIFE?????????????
What are you doing that is making her react all the time? Are you an ungreatful teen?????????????
I lost my Mom in 1994, SO, you need to make things right with your Mom 'cause you never know what can happen to her and you'd regret it for life if you can't fix things!
Talk to her and find out what's wrong before you say stuff that you can't take back!!!!!!!!!
First, respect your parents, help with yard work, etc.
You can get a work permit at 14, (if I'm not wrong.)
In Calif.
And, Don't badmouth your Mom!
I'm a parent too, and we aren;t perfect! We bring you KIDDIES up, and you need to be greatful!
