I have a Sanyo DVD Player that will not eject a brand new dvd. The power comes on, and everything seems to work okay, but I can't get the DVD out. Does anyone know how to fix it! Part # DWM-400

Is there a disc stuck in there? Power down the computer and then on the face of the drive you will see a small pin hole stick like a paper clip unfolded in there to open drive up to make sure nothing is stuck. Leave it open and restart computer. Should automatically close.

Pry the lil window that flips out when you put the dvd in and there might be an emergency eject button that you can press with a ballpoint pen or paperclip...this worked for me when a cd got stuck in my computer cpu. Good Luck!
