Lost 30 lbs this past year. Noticed the first week on the scales. After about 2 1/2 weeks, could really tell in my clothes fitter looser. I did not make any radical changes. Just drank water (instead of soft drinks), cut down on bad snacks and no eating after dinner. Went from 150lbs to 120lbs (5'4") Feel better than I have in years!

Hun, I am on my way to losing 60 pounds and I have already lost 20 in my first month and a half! I want to look good for when my husband comes home from Iraq in April and even lose a lot before a trip to Dallas in Feb. I don't spend any more money on this plan than I did on my grocery bills. I take my vitamins and supplement pills, eat a slice of choc pie for breakfast and then a fruit smoothie for lunch and have whatever I want for dinner...and I hate exercise so its not for me! I love how I feel and for the first time I found a diet that works!
the website is www.herbalife.com and I am so thrilled with my weightloss that I am now a distributor myself! Let me know if I can help you they way my weightloss coach (and best friend) has helped me! Good Luck! ~JoAnn

About ten years ago I needed to lose about 60 lbs. I mentioned it to a buddy and he said he needed to lose weight also. I then said we need a reason other than the normal good reasons to lose, so lets bet against each other and see who loses the biggest percentage of weight in 6 months. We weighed in once a week and I found it was so easy to lose, that it was coming off bu the end of the first week. I lost the 60 lbs in ten weeks mostly be eating salads with dressing and stopped drinking Pop.

I managed to avoid mirrors for a long time, then one night I had to work late and the building I was in had ceiling to floor mirrors, all of a sudden I caught a reflection of someone and it scared me, I thought I was alone.

Then I realized, it was me, I had about 40 pounds and did not recognize my own reflection.
