Wait until you're 45, then take another look. However, when I did I then worked even harder to keep in shape and stay healthy.

Eat good food with lots of organic fruits, vegetables and whole grains (you know the drill), work out two or three times a week, drink bottled water, use sunscreen everyday and don't ever really sunbathe if you can avoid it, stop smoking altogether, only drink a few alcoholic beverages in any given week. Take a reasonable amount of supplements (do your research). Praise God, be thankful, show love, relax.

I'm going to be 54 next week and people think I'm in my 30s.

When I hit about 35. One day after I hadn't had much sleep, I looked in the mirror and saw my mom. I'd never really noticed, but I was getting that droop to the eye lids thingee. I'm 47 now, and don't FEEL much older, but WOW! NOW I look like my mom ALL THE TIME! Oh, well. Still look young for my age (except under florescent lighting!) so I guess I can't gripe too much! Wouldn't go back to being 20 again for any price.....even for no grey!

I am 40 years old, a couple of years ago I had my drivers license picture taken and when I looked at it... I looked like my mom..., it was scary., lol

It seems the last year or two I have aged ..I had some very stressful things happen ( Hurricane Katrina and a broken leg,) so I am sure that these incidents have something to do with it.
As far as wrinkles go, they're not too bad, but it's the gray hairs popping out everywhere that bother me...

I'm 31, and it's all going downhill. Starting last year, I started find stray hairs in the oddest places on my body (don't ask), I'm noticing "laugh" lines around my mouth and nose, and my lipstick doesn't look good any more without a lipliner. Oh well, life is always interesting, isn't it. Right now I'm searching my head for gray hair

I'm 29 and I feel like i'm starting to look old. But wrinkles build character so no plastic surgery for me!

Gray hair is coming in faster than would be wise to pull out.
