As there are so many good dishes around how do you pick just one,i travel around the world and find so many things that i like,today i find English food bland when it comes to Asian food i like real Chinese not western Chinese i get in the UK.

scotch scollop's... that's scallops of potato and onion cooked in the oven then rashers of bacon layered on top and returned to oven until bacon cooked can crisp bacon if desired...serve with cabbage and hot crusty bread yummie!!!!!!

a meal tha my mother makes which consists of potatoes chicken and lemon juice... really good
