well there is this guy that i like
he sits next to me but hes suppose to be
a desk away but he sits right next
i mean like right there on myside
i look at every one else and they
are far apart but hes right there
he also just talks to me out of my group

I honestly think that this gentleman does like you. Since he sits next to you in class, introduce yourself and get to know him. Make sure that you take your time and DO NOT RUSH. He might be what you're looking for; he might not. The more you guys get to know each other, the more that he'll show that he likes you. I think short of a Polygraph test, the only way to find out is to ask. I think he does just by what you have said here.

does he face you during class
does he smile at you
try touching him a little when you talk to each other
tell him about some minor event at school - like a special desert or something & see if you can go do it together
try this:
"hey there's a bake sale - wanna go see what they have?"

it sounds like he does. you should go and ask him though. that's the only way you can find out unless you really want to wait for him to one day just express his feelings to you. and trust me you don't want to do that

it may seem like it. to make sure ask. what can go wrong him say that he doesn't. and if he dose than y'all can start talking. and then you both can be happy.
