The best thing to do is get a teaspoon and turn it upside down, then place it as far on the back of the tongue as you can and scrape all that slimey white gunk that's on the back of your tongue off. It might take a few scrapes but it'll come off. You'll be surprised at howmuch sh!t you have on your tongue. I do this twice daily b/c there's no way a toothbrush can remove that much bacteria. It just can't. If you don't believe me, just try. One day brush your tongue first, then scrape & the following day do the same. Any after you've scraped, brushed teeth, & rinsed I'm sure your mouth would be back to normal.

From your statement I am concerned that your eating habits are in need of adjustment. Starbursts? Hardly a good choice. Nutrition is important. Sunny D is barely ok.
Water is good but are you drinking enough? The recommended daily allowance is about 1/2 ounce of water for every pound of bodyweight, per day.
You should see a Dr. to make sure all is ok. Take care.

Apple juice....and eat fruit....especially kinds with high water content (i.e. grapes, melon, kiwi....etc.)

You might also want to try an herbal tea with a little bit of honey....it can soothe the dry mouth and throat.

I'm not sure why you have a cotton mouth....could be a reaction to a medication or severe dehydration. If it persists for more than 48 hours I might visit a doctor.

Do you go pee a lot too? Can you sleep through a night without getting up and pee? Well...it happened to my co-worker and that's when he found out he is diabetic. He had too much sugar in his system and his body was trying to wash it out. It might be serious...you should go see a doctor.

Hola.
