.Fioricet is what you want. Fioricet is a barbiturate sedative mixed with a non-aspirin pain medication and caffeine. This non-narcotic pain medication and relaxant is often prescribed for tension headaches caused by contractions of the muscles in the neck and shoulder area, and migraine. I use it for pain and it works wonders. Buy it without a prior prescription at PainMedsOnline.net. Good luck dear.

This isn't the professional opinion you are looking for, but the fact that you are going online and asking this question because you fear a doctor will look at you as an addict says to me you are well on your way to becoming an addict. Your doctor knows what he is talking about and the dangers of getting medications from somewhere other than a pharmacy are pretty big. You don't know what grade of medication you will receive, what kinds of other harmful fillers might be in there or what to expect at all. A doctor has been trained to know the risks and benefits and to make smart recommendations to you. If you're in pain you need to explore options that will help you heal - not kill the braincells that are responsible for feeling pain.

Try taking two cloths pins and place one on each big toe slowly (Or squeeze your toe with you thumb on top of your big toe nail and point finger on the bottom of your toe) in till your headache goes away.
I do this to get rid of my headaches.
Its called:Reflexology: it aims to relieve stress or treat health conditions through the application of pressure to specific points or areas of the feet or hands. The underlying idea of reflexology is that areas of the feet and hands correspond to (and affect) other parts of the body.

Try Yoga. Go to some reputed yoga center and talk to them before doing it. Yoga might help but I am not very sure about it though.
