the best thing i can think of is use a heating pad for 15 minutes at a time and take ibuprofen to reduce swelling. you might also if you havent already find a chiropractor your back might be out of alignment and putting it back might help ease the pain. also if you have someone that can massage that area that is great also to get blood flowing back to the painfull muscles. if none of these work see your regular dr and they can help you! good luck

to get treatment for something you must find out
the reason for the pain..did you hurt yourself ?
If the answer is no,then you must check with your doctor because it might be a medical
problem like the kidney or the gall bladder ???
I don't want to play a doctor but you
must go an see one.
Good luck

Get ice pack and then hot pack alternatively. See a chiropractor once you feel like you can tolerate moving again and get adjusted regularly to keep your spine in alignment.

Umm, you might want to see a doctor if it's been going on that long and you don't have a viable reason for it to be hurting.

I can't do anything to make your back feel better, but you might want to do some picking cherries, that usually helps.
