Several small, low cal, high protein meals per day is much better than three full meals. Eating fuels your body and that fuel burns fat. If your child is still in a stroller, check out strollerfit.com, it's good exercise and something you can do with your child. Not sure they would be available where you are, but check and see. I am a little shorter than you and to keep my shape I walk everyday, lift weights three times a week (not heavy lifting) but enough to keep things tight and make sure I get plenty of rest. Find an exercise that you find fun and stick with it. Don't take the pills and supplements. You never know what they'll find out about them ten years down the road.

Change your diet by following these rules for shopping for food.
1.) Try to only shop the outside perimeter or a grocery store. No frozen food, no processed junk or boxed meals.
2.) When looking at the ingredients, make sure everything you're buying has no more than 10 different ingredients and all of the ingredients are things you know or at least can pronounce. Avoid ingredients like polybicarbonate and monosodium glutonate...I just made those up, but you get the idea.
3.) NO FAST FOOD!!! I cannot stress this enough. Fast food is so incredibly bad for you on so many levels, from what type of oils the chicken is fried in to USDA inspections to force feeding cows and chickens in tiny cages, pumping them full or hormones so they gain weight......avoid like the plague. Buy natural meat and eggs and make your own meals.
After changing your diet, Join a gym and just swim. Swim for hours. Swimming is the BEST exercise you can do for your body. You use almost every muscle you've got and it's low-impact, so you'll never get sore. You'll tone your WHOLE body that way because you use every muscle you have. I swim for an hour a day and I can't tell how better I feel afterwards every singe day.

Hun, I am on my way to losing 60 pounds and I have already lost 20 in my first month and a half! I want to look good for when my husband comes home from Iraq in April and even lose a lot before a trip to Dallas in Feb. I don't spend any more money on this plan than I did on my grocery bills. I take my vitamins and supplement pills, eat a slice of choc pie for breakfast and then a fruit smoothie for lunch and have whatever I want for dinner...and I hate exercise so its not for me! I love how I feel and for the first time I found a diet that works!
the website is www.herbalife.com and I am so thrilled with my weightloss that I am now a distributor myself! Let me know if I can help you the way my weightloss coach (and best friend) has helped me! Good Luck! ~JoAnn

I lost 30lbs with just exercises alone. I was tired of being heavy, so I decided to become more active. Alot of people dread exercising, but I enjoy it very much. Start slow ( small goal) and then work your way to a full workout routine ( big goal).First I started walking then eventually started jogging, which really helped burn the fat off. I also used workout videos at home. I have at least 15-20 videos to keep things different. Also you don't need to go on a drastic food diet ( everyone is different, this helped me) what I did was just portion control meals. I measured everything (@home) eating out I only ate half.

there are all kinds of advertising ways. Believe me, I have been through it all and now have heart problems. You will need to loss it slowly or you will gain it back and probably more with it.
Work with exercise and watch what you eat. stay healthy.
Eat regular scheduled meals, small amounts. Do not snack.
Do not drinks a lot of pops or just go to water. Eat healthy food only. Only try to loss around 5 pounds per month, that is only 5-6 months. It passes faster than you think.

Eat healthier, eat less, drink lots of ice cold water.. 60 ounces or more a day, and exercise, and do cardio..walking, running, jumprope, etc. I lost 8 lbs in 4 weeks doing this.
This is at a rate of 2lbs a week , which is healthy and realistic
