you are under weight, you need to do alot of oblique exercises and running, muscle weighs more than fat, so thats why you are under weight, you have more fat than muscle.

Not sur how you can have love handles with that height and weight. Sure you aren't looking in a fun house mirror? None the less, try crunches but drawing one shoulder to the opposite knee. Also, belly dancing...sounds funny, but it's a good work out and it does the trick!

in uncomplicated terms for verification: a million stone equals 14 pounds. So it is honest to assert you're 108 pounds. top? At sixteen, this seems slightly on the low section, yet weight is all relative. in case you experience stable, seem healthful and consume top... 7 stone 10 is okay. :)

You should weigh a bit more.
Check into your BMI Index.
Perhaps you should work out, get some muscle, which will also add weight and it won't look bad.
