i like the new herbal essences hello hydration, but to prevet breakage i use garnier fruitreise length and strength shampoo/conditioner. i feel like it really works. if you need extra conditioning, you could use the length and strength leave-in. the best way to prevent breakage is to 1) use a low or cool dryer setting, 2) NEVER brushing wet hair. use a wide-toothed comb 3) don't use those crappy hospital-plastic brushes. try using a boar-bristle brush. they cost more, but they distribute hair oils evenly so that your hair will be naturally conditioned and shiny.

Goldwell Shampoo and Conditioner is Awesome. To avoid Split ends, get your hair trimmed every 4 to 6 weeks, and don't wash your hair every day, because you wash out all the natural oils and stuff that keep your hair healthy and shiny. Try not use hot styling tools too much, because these cause a lot of drying and damage. Peratin is also a good product to use on wet hair before you towel dry (a very small amount), to protect your hair from drying and damage.

Biolage-buy it from a salon, not a grocery store. But theres a beauty secret Im going to share with you. Take about 1/8 tsp of baking soda and mix it with your nickel size amount of shampoo. This strips all the buildup on your hair without having to go out and buying a clarifing shampoo. Then when you rinse use your conditioner and you will get that clean hair feeling.

I use Volumax shampoo and conditioner. It makes your hair feel thicker. The best thing for split ends is to either trim it frequently or cut it in layers.

I use Matrix Sleek Look. It really cuts down on the frizz. Also to avoid the split ends, try to use products without alcohol. I use a good ceramic flat iron instead of a blow dryer. that should help to not get as many split ends.

Herbal essences in the blue bottle, hello hydration, absolutely LOVE it!!! It makes my hair so shiny and soft! A good trim will help with the split ends, I also think a good ceramic iron smooths out the ends, for me anyways.
