Honestly the only thing I have found for me that helped was having my husband gently push on it through my hip and down through my leg. At first the pain is almost unbearable. However it eases up and leaves you feeling better for awhile! Good Luck I know how painful that is. ( when that doesn't work I take a visit to physical therapy)

I've had sciatica in the past and went to a chiropractor and together we cured it.......so I'd recommend seeing a chiropractor.
