cause im not sure if i should put it at the max or the low so my hair can stay for the whole day

Mine works good at 375, it goes up to 450 but i never use it that high

well depends on what kind you have , if you bought that 99$ one from the mall that ceramic one that is a good one and it dosent really damage your hair and you can keep it to medium or if you have really curly hair keep it to high medium.
OK well if have one of these hair straightener from rite aid or wall mart that are Revlon or other store brand which have iron on them please dint use that first of all they dont really work secondly your hair smells like burned after your done but even if you have on of these i suggest use like a hair conditioner first and then blowdry your hair with a hair dryer and then put some kind of oil that makes your hair smooth then use the straightener on a medium heat.

the hotter your straightner has nothing to do with how long it will last.(humidity or water determines that) the finer your hair is the lower the temp. should be so it will not damage your hair. If you have coarse hair set it higher

you def. don't want to burn your hair, it's best not to put it on the highest.
