I've never had a nosebleed before yesterday my nose started bleeding out of nowhere this happened 2wice yesterday! also, my gums have been feeling very different Im not sure what could cause the nosebleeds & the pain in my gums or if they're even related does anyone know what these could be symptoms of??

I doubt they are related. When the weather spontanisly changes or gets really dry it might irritate your nose, causing the nose bleeds. If either one continues to hurt go to the dentist or doctor

I had nose bleeds 3 days in a row following a cold. I started using a humidifier in my bedroom and I haven't had one since. I think it was from the dry air in the house due to the heat being on.

Do you pick your nose? That can do it. If its hot and stuffy that can bring on a nose bleed. If you get hit in the nose or if you have high blood pressure. The pain in your gums has nothing to do with your nose.

This could be sinus issues believe it or not. I have been having nosebleeds ever since my childhood and I'm now 27. My doctor says its a sinus issue. Contact your doctor to be sure, thats always the best route.

sometimes it depends if ur in a hot stuff room. i know that cause nosebleeds to some people. idk about the pain of the gums. u should c a doctor like the other person said

Could you be anemic? Go to the doctor asap.
