Some say it does matter some say it does not matter. Frankly if it is too small what is the point? If it is too big...again what is the point? Every woman varies on her opinion of size and if it matters.
Penis size is determined by genetics. The size of the penis changes during puberty. Penis growth starts between the ages of about 10 to 14 years of age, although some boys are younger, some older. The testicles begin to enlarge first and hair grows in the pubic region. The penis grows in length first and girth slightly later. Average penis size for the mature non-erect adult is between 3 to 4 inches. Teenagers have to wait one or two years after they have stopped growing in height before they will be able to know their final penis size.
Body size can affect the penis length. If a person is overweight or obese then the penis looks a lot smaller because it will be surrounded and sometimes almost engulfed by fat. This, in medical terms, is called a concealed penis. There are a number of medical conditions that affect penis size. These are evident at birth and may require medical intervention. Micropenis (just over half an inch) is a condition that may be a genetic or hormonal problem. Webbed penis, concealed penis and trapped penis are all conditions where the penis is of normal size but outwardly small. This can be rectified with surgical help. Very rarely children may be born without a penis, a condition known as penile agenesis but affecting only 1 in 20 million males.

Thank you for having the courage to ask this question! Does size matter? Sometimes. Way big or way small isn't great. STAY AWAY FROM STEROIDS!!! Are other body features an indicator of size? For the most part, no. Some tall, thin guys might have a long thin unit, but not all. I have known some really small(short and slim) guys that had a scary big unit. If you have a unit that is longer than average, you are going to have to be careful about hurting your partners insides. Same goes for thickness. Girls are different sizes just like guys. One girl may suffer discomfort while another may beg for more. Take the time to ask questions the first FEW times you have sex. Mood can affect size and comfort in both partners. Size is an issue that can usually be worked around by two people who care enough about each other to go to the effort. Creativity can do wonders for almost any sex life as long as both partners are willing to be open, honest, and not defensive.

1. i guess it depends on the person looking at it. for me personally size doesnt matter as long as you know what you are doing with it.
2. No its not based on your height
3. its not based on anything. its just the way you are. some guy could be very big all around like muscles, tall and everything like that and have a big penis, and then another guy that same size could have a small penis. Every guy is different along with every penis

It only matters if it affects your ego. I believe height does have some effect on the length but not necessarily the thickness. You might find that the length of your hand from the wrist to the tip of your finger is the same length of your penis

As long as it works, it doesn't matter. It's not based on height, it may be based on how good your circulation is, but I don't think anyone's done a study to correlate size to anyhing else.

A while back, my gf and I were out drinking with some friends. While out, we met some people working from out of town. We all went back to my place and continued the party. The next morning, after everyone had left, my gf determined that some cash and jewelery were missing. She figured that one of the guys we let you our master bedroom bathroom must have snagged the missing items. We filed charges and had the guy arrested. He was released on bond and a court date was set. Just before the court date, I was in the bathroom and was moving some stuff around in the cabinet when i discovered a little bundle wrapped in a scarf. It was the missing money and jewelery that she had stashed the night of the party and forgot because she was plastered! It wound up costing me 2500 to keep the guy from pressing his own charges. Not to mention the sheer embarrassment of having to come face to face with the guy. Moral of the story.... Never trust a drunk person!

It's based on genetics, just like all your parts, like noses and fingers and ears and stuff. All these parts come in various shapes and sizes. None of it is based on height.

Penis size does not correlate with any other physical characteristic.
No, it doesn't matter. It's not about how big it is; it's about how you use it!
Lots of women are scared of big ones-- we have only so much room.....
