It's true, worshiping God is the only way to be truly satisfied. However, too often do we go to sin to be temporarily satisfied. If we as humans can't even live our lives the way we were meant to, what does that say about us? Plus, at the same time you've got satan trying to distract us from the truth.

I guess it indicates that "freedom of will" is working exactly the way it was intended to work.
We are free not to believe in anything we choose not to believe in.
It doesn't say anything about the existence of a Higher Power. If billions of people don't believe one exists....it doesn't necessarily mean that a creative source does not in fact exist.

God is not responsible for mans' actions. He gave man a free will to do what he/she wants to do with their lives. Whether or not the individual wishes to worship and please God or not, that is a person's free will that God gave them. God is perfect and without sin. To suggest that God made a mistake because of what MAN chooses to do with his/her life is totally preposterous. It is up to the person as to whether or not they choose to do what is right in the eyes of God or what is right in the eyes of him/herself and others. If some people choose not to believe in God and obey His word, then God will deal with them when they pass out of this life and into the next.

It says that God is self-confident enough to take some rejection. He is not threatened by the unbelief or indifference of some.
It also implies that he values love & worship only if it is given freely.

You need to see a bigger piece of the picture. There is a history behind the way things are today. It was not meant to be like this. And there is also a future when things will be restored to harmony and perfection.

It says that He created us with a free will, and that once man fell from real fellowship with God, it becomes a task for man to overcome his own pride and admit there is something bigger than himself out there.

would you rather be FORCED to love God or choose to love Him?
He created free will for us to choose what god to follow.
This says so much of a loving God for Him to do that.
Love is enjoyed and rewarded when it under free will than force.

It says that He has given you agency. You have chosen to ignore His loving advice and think you can make it on your own. Good luck.

It says he's better than we are.
That's what free will is all about. Most of us would force or put our will on others, saying, "its to save them." He hasn't. 'nuff said.
