never ever go get ANY type of plastic surgery done at a place only because its cheap. you will regret it in the long run when you are not happy. do your research and find a high quality plastic surgeon and make a consultion. then discuss with the surgeon how much it will cost. if it is too much than you can afford, save your money and ull be able to get that nose job in no time. my friend had wanted to get a nose job so she went to a place that supposedly was great surgeons and at a good price, but she suffered a LONG time and has had to get other surgeries from a different surgeon to fix what was doen wrong the first time.

Here in Manila, Philippines, there are very good doctors. Cost is cheaper compared to the US, that's why Filipinos who live or work overseas have it made it here while they are on vacation.

They get to have their nose done by competent doctors, go on vacation and see their relatives and maybe still have a little shopping money.
