Milk can be safely left out of the refrigerator for only a few hours before spoiling. That is except for UHT milk that if left unopened will keep for decades (just don't expect it to taste very good after that amount of time). Milk is sterilised by a process called pasteurisation in which the milk is heated to approximately 72 and then cooled to 2 degrees Celsius within 10 seconds. This will kill most of the bacteria living in the milk but not all, and with bacteria like colostridium, ecoli and salmonella remaining in a perfect nutrient broth like milk they breed very quickly. The best time frame would be if the milk has been left out for more than 3 hours out put it back in the fridge and use it before the day is out if your game enough, for more than 5 hours through it out. Hope this helps.

Yes it can make you really sick. Leave the milk out for just a hour can breed million of bad bacterial. Oven America you have different temperature but food should stay between below 5 or above 60 C.

Oh yes, very very sick. Why would you even think of doing that? Milk shouldn't be left out for more than a few minutes, even during the winter.
