Buying - WalMarts (and probably other places) have packets of cookies for 50 cents or less by the checkout.
Making - 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 egg. Mix together, form into 1 inch balls, and bake for 10-12 minutes @ 350. Ta-dah - at least 1 doz cookies for about a dollar and twenty minutes. If you like peanut butter.

buy a cookie card from giant eagle for $1 and get all the cookies u want for a year then buy another card.
