What worked for me is eating lots of fruits and vegatbles with moderate servings of chicken or fish. It is very important to cut out starchy foods like potatoes and bread. Also cooking with healthy oils like olive oil.

Regarding carbohydrates and weight loss, I'd also recomend learning about the 'glycemic index'.

This advice is very lossely based on Barry Sears's book called "The Zone". Maybe you can boorow it from the library.

Good luck!

There is no easy way to lose weight. It took a while to gain and will take a while to lose sensibly. You are young and need to find some ways to get more exercise and eliminate junk food from your diet. Talk to your mom if you can and ask her to help you eat more fruits, veggies, and low cal foods.

there is no easy way. but changing things in your diet like avoiding soda and fast food will help since they are main causes of wieght gain. That how I gained wieght. Exercise will also help even if its just walking. Moving around and doing activities like cooking, sports, or anything else instead of siting around and watching tv. Not saying your lazy or anything just pointing out commen behaviors of some people. Also I know your to young to drink beer but that will increase your weight also. red wine is healthier but should be limited of how much you drink and also wait till your 21. Hope my advice helps. good luck

there's no really easy way, but if you tune your mentality to say that it is easy, it will be. depends on how determined you are to lose weight. you should watch your diet by eating more fibers, drinking more water, cutting down on sugar and fried foods, and exercising. you can do it if you put your mind to it :) and it will be simple if you believe it is simple! :D
