Really that depends on your body-fat composition and your bone structure, but at 16 years old, you likely still have some growing to do. Even so, as a teenager, you should be active in sports and other things that build strength and teamwork and expose you to the outdoors. Also, be sure to eat right, and most of all, be sure to get the sleep you need. Be aware of your blood pressure and your cholesterol and your blood sugar. High readings in these three will also determine obesity or fitness.
I am 5'7 and 180. I have come down from 195 by cutting a lot of carbs and fat from my diet and working out regularly-breaking a sweat. At 180, I am about 11% body fat, which is okay. I also recently finished graduate school. But I am not 16, and my body is not growing anymore.
Working out and adopting a regular fitness regimen will greatly improve your health. So also will eating right (portions control), and daily vitamins.

You are overweight most likely, unless you are a brick@#$%house. Especially since you recently weighed 168. You gained about 40lbs since then which is about 25% of your total body mass then! So you should change your habits, and get back below 180

Are you very active and have a lot of muscle? If you don't...then using a Body Mass Index to calculate...you are considered obese (according to this calculator). You are not concidere 'very obese.' Please be very careful about dieting...make sure you are getting the right nutrients needed for your age....like calcium.
You are considered a 29BMI, and this is where BMI falls according to the National Institute of Health:
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
http://www.halls.md/body-mass-index/bmi.htm
The above link is a BMI calculator that also includes your age (but it was the one that fit you into the 'obese' category (but this is according to the CDC and WHO...just be aware of this.)

I think your normal for your height. Even if you were a little what people call "overweight" There's so many different body types and such, That you shouldn't care. If everyone was a stick, Then it'd be like living in a world full of dead skeletons.

Unfortunately, you are a little overweight. For your age, though, it should be rather easy to work off the pounds. Just increase your activity. It;s really unhealthy, however, for you to go from 168 pounds to 202 in 6 months.

the question is how much body fat do you have? that's how one determines if they are fat or not.
my freshman year in college when we weighed in for indoor track I was 17, 5'10 and 200 lbs but I was 7% body fat (sprinter and long jumper)
* a lot of you need to get that BMI crap out of your heads, it is meaningless in terms of determining if a person is fit or fat...

You BMI is about 29 - which indicates that you are overweight.
If you get back to the 160's, you will be at a healthy weight.
You are not obese.

168 would be a more suitable weight for being 5'10. Unfortunately the books consider you overweight. They consider me overweight too, so don't fret.
