It could be something as simple as gas and as severe as a heart attack. Gas and gastric upset can be excruciating.
I always take some pepto bismol if I get a really painful stomach ache. But if the pepto doesn't cut it, then it's time for the Dr.
If she is sweating, clammy and nauseous I'd go to the ER
Those are heart problem symptoms.

Questions such as yours should be directed to your physician, who should know your health better than anyone else. Since your girlfriend had an ultrasound done, she must have seen her doctor or visited the Emergency Room (ER). Did the doctor say anything? Do you have a follow-up appointment. Were there any lab tests performed. I am a doctor and I can't stress enough that your girlfriend should see your physician again or your local ER. Stomaches is a very common complaint, which can be something very benign (e.g. stomach flu) or something very serious (e.g. ectopic pregnancy). No one can tell simply by talking over the Internet. Don't be shy, if you have questions ask the doctor(s) after all it is your health (or in your case your girlfriend's health).

Go to an ER. Woman can have wierd symptoms relating to heart attacks. Any chest pains located beneath the ribs can definitely be something else too, but don't disregard the possibility. I am an ER nurse and once had a lady who told me she had pain in her stomach underneath her ribs from eating french fries, turns out she was close to dying of a heart attack!!! Go now.

It could be many things. Gallbladder attack, ulcer, heart related pain. The only way to know for sure is to be seen by a physician.

Pray to God. Jesus christ is the only healer. It may take time for healing but it surely heals.
My son, attend to my words; incline thine ears unto my sayings.
Let them not depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Proverbs 4:20-22
So according to the verse, you should incline his words and jesus is your teacher and you are his pupil so don't argue with him that he cannot heal but just positivily agree to his true words.
I will pray for you. In the Holy name of our Lord Jesus Christ AMEN
