Well your body reflects you more deeply. If someone over indulges in food and drink this can reflect many things they do. If you get all buff and do it to such an exceeding level, this also says something about you.
The negative actions I have done and continue to do reflect on my religious philosophy. It is ever changing but they are in tandem.
