well yes but only since the begining of his (Jesus)time, the time when, Jesus was created, so yes Jesus was with God from the time he was created by Godand he was given the privelidge by God to have a share in creating things alongside God, that is the reason why in Genesis, that God said let us make man in our image, God there was talking to Jesus it was not Jesus speaking there but God was the one speaking there.(Genesis1:26)

The only-begotten (meaning, only created, or fathered) Son of God. Who made everything, and for him, everything was made. The perfect reflection of his Father, Yahweh.
"He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation; because by means of him all [other] things were created in the heavens and upon the earth, the things visible and the things invisible, no matter whether they are thrones or lordships or governments or authorities. All [other] things have been created through him and for him. " - Colossians 1:15,16
"So the Word became flesh and resided among us, and we had a view of his glory, a glory such as belongs to an only-begotten son from a father; and he was full of undeserved kindness and truth." - John 1:14
Simply because the Word was a God in John 1:1, does not mean that he was THE GOD the Father, Yahweh. Heck, Yahweh, appointed Moses to be God to Pharoah.
"Yahweh said to Moses, "Behold, I have made you as God to Pharaoh; and Aaron your brother shall be your prophet." - Exodus 7:1 - WEB
God, or "el" in Hebrew simply means "Mighty, or powerful one". A human can be an "el" God is a title. God the Father's name is Yahweh. His only-begotten son that was made manifest in the flesh, Yehoshua, or Yeshua.
Those who dislike this, generally dislike even the mention of the name Yahweh, or Yehowa, or Yegova, or Jehovah, in whatever language they speak. They will downplay the importance of that name as much as possible, although his word records:
"I will sanctify my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in the midst of them; and the nations shall know that I am Yahweh, says the Lord Yahweh, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes." - Ezekiel 36:23
"כג וְקִדַּשְׁתִּי אֶת-שְׁמִי הַגָּדוֹל, הַמְחֻלָּל בַּגּוֹיִם, אֲשֶׁר חִלַּלְתֶּם, בְּתוֹכָם; וְיָדְעוּ הַגּוֹיִם כִּי-אֲנִי יְהוָה, נְאֻם אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה, בְּהִקָּדְשִׁי בָכֶם, לְעֵינֵיהֶם." - Ezekiel 36:23
It's something they have to take up with the Only-Begotten Son, and his father, Yahweh.

The Bible tells us that Jehovah God always was and always will be.
The Bible also tells us that Jesus was Jehovah's first creation and through Jesus all other things were created. But the Bible does not tell us how long Jehovah was alone for before He created his only begotten Son
Col.1:15.

John 1:1-3

2The same was in the beginning with God.
3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Yes.
God came across Shekinah's idea of allowing voluntary immortal beings to become mortal by dividing their spirits from their bodies and from their minds, and liked it so much that He applied to Himself retroactively back to the beginning of time. His body became an immortal being that incarnated as Jesus to pay for the sins of all humankind.....
