I have read conflicting reports on this. Does anyone know for certain? Is ephedra still illegal? I have read that the ban was lifted back in April of 2005 but i cant find any hard info confirming this. If it is legal again and being sold in America where can i buy it? I know Stacker 2 probably doesnt have it anymore. Any similar products?

yes...the ban was lifted with a catch. ephedra/ephedrine can not be marketed and sold as a diet supplement for weight loss
the ban had absolutely nothing to do with the manufacturing of methamphetamines

you can't legally buy anything with ephedra in it now due to the craze of methamphetamine abuse. products with ephedra can be turned into methamphetamine very easily. the stuff that is available for purchase now is pseudo ephedrine. it is in no way shape or form anywhere close to the ephedra that was available before. i am not sure of your location but you could probably go to mexico and purchase all you want. just don't get caught with it when you cross the border.

try herbalean, it has ephedrine and hoodia in it. they're great together. Not as good as just plain ephedrine. but excellent diet pill
It's legal for civilans but not military members
